现阶段,随着建筑企业的飞速发展,工程造价控制是其重要的推动力,通过全过程成本控制,满足建筑工程管理需求。本文基于工程造价控制,简要介绍了建筑工程全过程造价的基本概述,阐述了工程管理中造价控制的具体意义。并着重探讨了建筑工程管理中全过程造价控制的主要对策,从各个阶段出发,采取不同的造价控制方式,形成完整的工程管理体系,为相关管理人员提供充分参考。

At this stage,with the rapid development of construction enterprises,project cost control is an important driving force.Through the whole process cost control,the needs of construction engineering management can be met.Based on project cost control,this paper briefly introduces the basic overview of the whole process cost of construction projects,and expounds the specific meaning of cost control in engineering management.It also emphatically explores the main countermeasures of the whole process cost control in construction engineering management.Starting from each stage,different cost control methods are adopted to form a complete engineering management system and provide sufficient reference for relevant managers.
