摘要 现代建筑在工业化、信息化的发展过程中,BIM技术扮演了十分关键的角色。装配式建筑作为建筑工业化的代表,其规范化和程式化生产、组装使BIM技术拥有充分的发展空间。为此,本文对BIM技术进行有效的研究,并阐述BIM技术在装配式建筑的应用优势,并在此基础上,关注BIM技术在装配式建筑细节处理中的应用,充分发挥BIM技术的特性,使装配式建筑的工业化、标准化、高质量发展得到有效的保障。 In the development process of industrialization and informatization of modern buildings,BIM technology plays a very key role.Prefabricated buildings serve as a representative of construction industrialization,and BIM technology has sufficient development space due to their standardized and stylized production and assembly.Therefore,this paper conducts an effective research on BIM technology,and expounds the application advantages of BIM technology in prefabricated buildings.On this basis,it focuses on the application of BIM technology in the detail processing of prefabricated buildings,give full play to the characteristics of BIM technology,and effectively guarantee the industrialization,standardization and high-quality development of prefabricated buildings.
