沿海地区外江堤防基础多为软土地基,软土地基处理的设计与施工是其中的关键。外江堤防地基持力层具有含水量高、透水性差、压缩性高、强度低、固结慢的软土层,工程地质条件差。为控制沉降及堤防本身的稳定,必须对地基软土层进行加固处理。

Most of the outer embankment foundations in coastal areas are soft soil foundations,and the design and construction of soft soil foundation treatment are the key issues.The bearing stratum of the outer embankment foundations has a soft soil layer with high water content,poor water permeability,high compressibility,low strength and slow consolidation,and the geological conditions of the project are poor.In order to control the settlement and the stability of the embankment,the soft soil layer of the foundation must be reinforced.
