有无抗风夹直立锁边屋面系统温度效应试验研究

Experimental study on temperature effect of standing seam roof system with anti-wind clips

摘要 金属屋面系统在长期的日照作用下会产生复杂的温度应力和温度变形。本文以工程中典型的不锈钢直立锁边屋面系统为研究对象,开展实验室温度场模拟加载试验,分析有无抗风夹的不锈钢屋面系统的温度应力和温度变形特性。主要研究温度作用下有无抗风夹的直立锁边不锈钢屋面系统中板肋、支座和板面处的力学性能以及屋面板的水平和竖向变形。试验结果表明,温度作用下屋面系统的应力集中现象显著。带抗风夹下,板面应力最大,板肋应力次之;无抗风夹下,板肋应力最大,支座处应力均最小。屋面板存在着明显的热膨胀位移,屋面板水平位移要大于竖向位移。带抗风夹的直立锁边屋面系统相比无抗风夹在板肋和板面处应力有所增加,增加幅度约21.4%、48.9%,而水平和竖向位移则分别减少了31.8%、49.3%。加设抗风夹会增加屋面系统的温度应力,工程设计和应用中需考虑抗风夹对金属屋面系统的温度效应的影响。 The metal roof system will produce complex temperature stress and temperature deformation under long-term sunshine. In this paper, the typical stainless steel standing seaming roof system in engineering is taken as the research object. The laboratory temperature field simulation loading test is carried out to analyze the temperature stress and temperature deformation characteristics of the stainless steel roof system with and without anti-wind clips. This paper mainly studies the mechanical properties of the slab rib, support and slab surface of the standing seaming stainless steel roof system with and without anti-wind clips under temperature, and the horizontal and vertical deformation of the roof slab. The test results show that the stress concentration of roof system is significant under temperature. With the anti-wind clips, the slab surface stress is the largest, followed by the slab rib stress. Without anti-wind clips, the stress of slab rib is maximum and the stress of support are both minimum. There is an obvious thermal expansion displacement on the roof slab, and the horizontal displacement is greater than the vertical displacement. The comparative analysis shows that the stress of the roof system with anti-wind clips increases at the slab rib and the slab surface than without anti-wind clips, and the increase is about 21.4% and 48.9%, while the horizontal and vertical displacement are reduced by 31.8% and 49.3%, respectively. Adding anti-wind clips will increase the temperature stress of the roof system. The influence of anti-wind clips on the temperature effect of metal roof system should be considered in engineering design and application.
