基于火积的临氢降凝装置节能研究

摘要 火积的概念可以描述物体传递热量的能力,基于火积的能量利用效率可作为评价热量合理利用的依据。本研究建立了基于火积的换热网络能量利用效率的数学模型,通过对蜡油临氢降凝实际生产装置进行换热网络能量利用效率的分析研究,验证了火积传递效率的合理性。结果表明:取最小传热温差(ΔT_(min))分别为15,20和25 K,利用㶲分析法计算的㶲效率分别为90.32%,89.20%和88.08%,节约能量65.00%,59.25%和55.10%;火积分析法计算的火积传递效率分别为74.91%,73.46%和72.01%,节约能量55.44%,51.73%和48.01%,说明火积传递效率能够用来分析换热网络的热量是否被有效利用,然后实现热量的最大化利用及装置的经济效益最好的目标。 The concept of entransy is used to describe the ability of transfer heat,and the energy utilization efficiency based on entransy theory can be used as a basis for evaluating the rational use of heat.The mathematical models for calculating the energy utilization efficiency of heat exchanger networks(HENs)based on entransy analysis method was built in this work.With the aim of the maximum energy recovery,the energy utilization efficiency of the HEN in hydrodewaxing unit was studied,and the rationality of the entransy transfer efficiency was verified.By taking the minimum heat transfer temperature difference(ΔT_(min))of 10,15 and 20 K respectively,the results showed that the exergy efficiency were 90.32%,89.20%,88.08% and utilities were saved by 65.00%,59.25% and 55.10% using the exergy analysis method.The entransy transfer efficiency were 74.91%,73.46%,72.01% and utilities were saved by 55.44%,51.73% and 48.01% using the entransy analysis method.Thus,the entransy transfer efficiency can be used to analyze whether the heat of the heat exchange network is effectively utilized,and then achieve the maximum utilization of heat and the goal of the best economic benefit of the device.
