摘要
尼龙66切片质量直接决定着纺丝的质量,相对黏度作为评价聚合物性能的重要指标,其直接关系到成品纤维的机械强度、耐热性等方面性能。同时,从纤维强度指标方面来看,在某种范围内成纤高聚合强度很容易随着相对黏度不断增加而出现改变,但超过标准范围时,纤维强度会被一直停留在某个阈值,引起纺织生产困难的问题。基于此,本文通过实验的方式来分析尼龙66切片相对黏度测定的影响因素,对提高尼龙切片质量具有至关重要的作用。
The quality of nylon 66 chips directly determines the quality of spinning,and relative viscosity is an important index for evaluating the properties of polymers,which is directly related to the mechanical strength,heat resistance and other performances of finished fibers.At the same time,from the perspective of fiber strength indicators,within a certain range,the fiber-forming high polymerization strength is easy to change with the increasing relative viscosity,but when it exceeds the standard range,the fiber strength will always stay at a certain threshold,causing difficulties in textile production.Based on this condition,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the relative viscosity determination of nylon 66 chips by means of experiments,which plays a crucial role in improving the quality of nylon chips.
