我国高等教育数字化转型发展策略研究

Study on the Development Strategy of Digital Transformation of Higher Education in China

2022年全国教育工作会议明确提出实施教育数字化战略行动。数字化转型已经成为我国高等教育事业发展的重要改革举措。本文分析并提出高等教育数字化转型的内涵和主要任务,比较德国和俄罗斯高等教育数字化转型的主要措施,分析我国高等教育数字化转型面临的现实困境,并提出顶层设计和战略规划、数字课程体系建设、教学变革、与数字化教育相适应的教学质量监控和评价体系建设和数字化可持续发展等方面的发展策略。

The 2022 National Education Work Conference clearly put forward the implementation of education digital strategic action.Digital transformation has become an important reform initiative for the development of higher education in China.This paper analyzes and proposes the connotation and main tasks of digital transformation of higher education,compares the main measures of digital transformation of higher education in Germany and Russia,analyzes the real dilemmas faced by digital transformation of higher education in China,and proposes development strategies of top-level design and strategic planning,construction of digital curriculum system,teaching transformation,construction of teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system compatible with digital education and digital sustainable development.
