胎儿监护仪胎心率(FHR)监测的质量控制

摘要 胎心监护是应用胎心率(fetal heart rate,FHR)电子监护仪,将胎心率曲线和宫缩压力波形描记下来供临床分析的图形,可以了解胎动时、宫缩时胎心的反应,推测宫内胎儿有无缺氧,是评估胎儿宫内状况的重要检测手段。为加强胎儿监护仪应用安全和质量管理,使用符合规范的胎心模拟仪,采用稳定统一的质量控制规则,运用统计学的信息化手段,对我院各科室胎儿监护仪的胎心率(FHR)监测结果进行对比分析和偏倚评估,以确保全院胎心监测结果的准确性和可靠性。 Cardiotocography device refers to fetal heart rate(FHR)electronic monitor,which traces the fetal heart rate curve and uterine contraction pressure waveform for clinical analysis,and can understand the fetal heart response during fetal movement and uterine contraction,and speculate the presence/absence of intrauterine fetal hypoxia.It is an important detection method to evaluate the intrauterine status of the fetus.In order to strengthen the application safety and quality management of fetal monitors,the fetal heart rate simulators in compliance with the norms are used,the stable and unified quality control rules are adopted,and the statistical information methods are used to perform a comparative analysis and bias assessment on fetal heart rate(FHR)monitoring results of cardiotocography device in various departments of our hospital,so as to ensure the accuracy and reliability of fetal heart rate monitoring results throughout the hospital.
