摘要
全面依法治国是一个系统工程,必须坚持依法治国、依法执政、依法行政共同推进,法治国家、法治政府、法治社会一体建设。习近平法治思想以系统观念和系统方法擘画了全面依法治国的工作布局,揭示了法治中国建设的核心要义,阐明了这一工作布局内部各方面的关系,为我们从全局上、整体上把握全面依法治国提供了科学指引,必须准确把握这一工作布局的科学思维方法及其实践要求。
The overall law-based governance represents a systematic project.To that goal,we should push forward coordinated progress in law-based governance,exercise of state power,and government administration,and promote the integrated development of the rule of law for the country,the government,and the society.Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law has systematically outlined an overall plan to advance overall law-based governance.Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law not only reveals the essence of the construction of the rule of law in China,but also clarifies the inner relationship between the various aspects within the plan.Most importantly,it provides scientific guidance for us to comprehend overall law-based governance as a whole.Therefore,we must grasp the scientific method of the plan and its practical requirements.
