摘要
I. INTRODUCTION When the Internet becomes a competitive place for business, whether the commercial competition in the Internet environment is fair is a difficult question that the competition law must respond to. Three reasons make this question a difficult one: first, it is difficult to strike a balance between new types of competition and legal fair competition in the Internet environment.
