摘要
通过分析现有海事监管手段存在的问题及无人机的优势,从总体框架、业务功能和物理架构等三个方面全面分析了海事无人机立体监管体系。
Based on a study of the existing problems of the maritime supervision means and the advantages of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV),this paper comprehensively analyzes the stereoscopic supervision system of maritime UAVs from the perspectives of overall framework,business functions and physical structure.
