通过LEC评价法对水上交通安全危险源进行识别,并基于定量分析评价得出相应风险等级,提出了针对不同等级水上交通安全风险的动态监管措施,可为提升水上交通安全风险应对能力提供参考。

Through the LEC risk assessment method, the paper identifies the sources of maritime traffic safety hazards, and obtains the corresponding risk level based on quantitative analysis and evaluation. It also puts forward dynamic supervision and control measures in view of different levels of maritime traffic safety risks, in the hope of providing reference for coping with maritime traffic safety risks.
