Safety Risk Analysis and Countermeasures of Bulk Carriers Carrying Containers

受全球新冠肺炎疫情影响,国际海运集装箱运价大幅上涨,集装箱船舶运力持续紧张,散货船纷纷介入集装箱运输。从船舶安全角度出发,分析当前存在的安全风险并提出相应对策,以期引起航运业界关注,进而采取必要措施保障船舶安全营运。

Under the influence of the global COVID-19 pandemic, international shipping container freight rates have risen sharply. There has been a continuous shortage in container ship capacity. Bulk carriers have been involved in container transportation. From the perspective of ship safety, the paper analyzes the current safety risks and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, in order to attract the attention of the shipping industry and take necessary measures to ensure the safe operation of ships.
