摘要
创新精神的培育是民办本科高校人才培养的重要任务,没有创新精神的学生难以适应社会发展的需求。专业课程教学是高校创新型人才培养的重要环节之一,民办本科高校必须加强专业课程教学改革,通过融入创新元素的专业课程教学来促进创新型人才培养。该文就民办本科高校专业课程教学的模式创新进行研究,从提高教师创新能力、创新专业课教学内容和方法、创新课程考核方式3方面来探究创新型人才培养模式,以期为民办本科高校创新型人才培养模式提供一定参考。
The cultivation of innovative spirit is an important task of personnel training in private institutions.Students without innovative spirit can not meet the needs of social development.The teaching of professional courses is one of the important links in the cultivation of innovative talents in institutions.Private institutions must strengthen the teaching reform of professional courses and promote the cultivation of innovative talents by integrating the teaching of professional courses with innovative elements.This paper studies the mode innovation of professional course teaching in private institutions,and explores the cultivation mode of innovative talents by improving teachers’ innovative ability,innovating professional course teaching content and methods,and innovating course assessment methods so as to provide some reference for the cultivation mode of innovative talents in private institutions.
