近年来,伴随着我国法治化进程的推进,律师题材的影视剧不断出现且深受好评。这些影视剧通过选择社会现实热点案例,借助专业时尚趋新、都市剧情迎合不同群体的方法,刻画了较为正面的律师个人和群体职业形象。当前影视剧中的律师形象与律师职业要求有一定的脱节,还算不上严格的律政剧。这既与我国法治化渐进发展有关,也与此类题材审查和创作有关。未来,我国律师题材影视剧可以通过展现真实法律案件的复杂度、回归律师职责主线、多维视角刻画角色等方面塑造律师职业形象。

In recent years, with the advancement of the rule of law in Our country, lawyer-themed films and TV plays continue to appear and are well received. These films and TV dramas depict positive professional images of lawyers and groups by selecting hot cases in social reality, making use of the methods of professional fashion and urban plots catering to different groups. At present, the image of lawyers in movies and TV dramas is out of touch with the professional requirements of lawyers, so it is not a strict legal drama. This is not only related to the gradual development of the rule of law in China, but also related to the examination and creation of this subject matter. In the future,China’s lawyer-themed films and TV dramas can shape the professional image of lawyers by showing the complexity of real legal cases, returning to the main line of lawyers’ responsibilities, and portraying characters from multi-dimensional perspectives.
