在马克思主义劳动观、马克思主义人的全面发展学说等科学理论视阈下,基于高等教育人才培养的目的,对当代大学生进行劳动教育必要且重要。新时代高校开展劳动教育,要坚持立德树人的根本任务,加强大学生思想引领,建设系统完善的劳动教育体系,培育大学生的劳动精神和劳动素养。同时,高校劳动教育与创新创业教育有相互促进的密切关系,将劳动教育融入创新创业教育,更能够提高二者育人的实际效果。

From the perspective of Marxist labor view and Marxist theory of all-round human development, it is necessary and important to carry out labor education for contemporary college students based on the purpose of talent training of higher education. To carry out labor education in colleges and universities in the new era, we should adhere to the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people, strengthen the ideological guidance of college students, build a systematic and perfect labor education system, and cultivate college students to have labor spirit and labor quality. At the same time, there is a close relationship between college labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education. Integrating labor education into innovation and entrepreneurship education can better improve the actual effect of their education.
