关于提升留学生中国文化认同感的思考

摘要 从社会学和行为学角度理解,文化认同不能等同于对异质文化表面上的理解和尊重,而是要发自内心的接受不同价值观、习俗、伦理道德和行为规范并乐于亲身实践。针对目前留学生对中国文化认同度不高的现象,通过查阅文献资料和调查研究,结合各高校的留学生教学管理模式,分析这种普遍现象背后的原因,探索创新管理理念和授课形式、丰富校园文化、策划留学生感兴趣的文化体验活动,让留学生有机会了解真正的中国文化,充分融入校园生活,与中国籍师生建立密切联系,提升这一群体对中国文化的认同感。 From the perspective of sociology and behavioral science, cultural identity is not equal to the superficial understanding and respect of different cultures, but to accept different values, customs, ethics and norms of behavior from the heart and be willing to practice. In view of the present students, the phenomenon of Chinese culture is not high esteemed by refer to literature and investigation, combined with the students in colleges and universities teaching management model, analysis of the reasons behind this phenomenon, explore the innovation management idea and teaching form, rich campus culture, students interested in cultural activities, let students have the opportunity to understand the real Chinese culture, fully integrate into campus life, establish close ties with Chinese teachers and students,and enhance the identity of this group to Chinese culture.
