摘要
随着中国经济的快速发展,世界各国的经济迅猛发展,经济全球化速度不停开快车。国际间的经济往来也日渐频繁。各国经济上的合作交流势必带来了更多的商务谈判。而在跨国的商务谈判中跨文化交际与沟通就显得尤为紧要。与国内的谈判不同,跨文化商务谈判是在不同的文化感知和符号系统之下,人们为实现经济往来、物质交流和文化交流进行的商业协商和谈判。由于谈判两边的文化体系并不相同,在交涉过程时,就会不自觉的以自己的文化为主导,商务合作过程中就会出现各种各样的差异和矛盾,如何在跨文化交际与沟通中在商务谈判中促进文化适应,是提高商务谈判成功率的重要保障。
With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the rapid economic development of all countries in the world,the speed of economic globalization is driving fast.International economic exchanges are becoming more and more frequent.Economic cooperation and exchanges among countries are bound to bring more business negotiations.In transnational business negotiations,cross-cultural communication is particularly important.Different from domestic negotiations,cross-cultural business negotiations,under different cultural perceptions and symbol systems,people conduct business negotiations to realize economic exchanges,material exchanges and cultural exchanges.The cultural systems on both sides of the negotiations are different.In the negotiation process,they will be dominated by their own culture unconsciously,there will be various differences and contradictions in the process of business cooperation.How to promote cultural adaptation in cross-cultural communication and business negotiation is an important guarantee to improve the success rate of business negotiation.
