This paper introduces the connotation and value function of red culture,and analyzes the red culture into the significance of "Three-Wide Education" teaching management.It finally puts forward the construction based on red culture "Three-Wide Education" teaching management innovation mode,aims to realize the depth of red culture and "Three-Wide Education" teaching management mode,and gives full play to the red culture education value,while promoting students adult success,inheritance,developing the red culture,establishing national confidence,cultural confidence,and cultivate the new era.
