“文化润疆”背景下推进新疆乡村文化振兴的若干思考

第三次中央新疆工作座谈会关于“文化润疆”的战略部署,为新疆各族群众强“精神”和富“脑袋”指明方向。实施乡村振兴战略,推进乡村产业振兴、人才振兴、文化振兴、生态振兴、组织振兴,已成为当前和今后一个时期乡村工作的重要任务。在“文化润疆”背景下,新疆在推进乡村文化振兴方面具有得天独厚的区域政策优势。因此,如何使实施“文化润疆”工程与推进乡村文化振兴互为补充,产生政策叠加效应,更好繁荣兴盛新疆乡村文化具有十分重要的研究意义。
