大数据背景下档案规范化建设研究

Research on Archives Standardization Construction under the Background of Big Data

大数据技术应用于档案建设管理中,可以在档案管理中起到积极的辅助作用,最大化地将档案信息资源的价值发挥出来。结合当前的大数据背景,该文对档案管理中规范化建设的必要性进行了简单分析,在阐述当前档案规范化建设面临的新要求的基础上分析了当前建设中面临的几个方面的问题,基于此提出规范化建设的对策,为当前大数据背景下提高档案管理的规范化、信息化程度提供参考依据。

The application of big data technology in archives construction and management can play a positive auxiliary role in archives management and maximize the value of archives information resources. Combined with the current big data background, this paper briefly analyzes the necessity of the standardized construction of archives management. On the basis of describing the new requirements of the current standardized construction of archives, it analyzes several problems in the current construction. It provides reference for improving the standardization and informatization degree of archives management under the current big data background.
