传统文化的传承与保护策略初探——基于常熟非物质文化遗产传承人口述史的记录

On the Inheritance and Protection Strategy of Traditional Culture——Based on the Oral History Records from the Inheritor of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Changshu

为建设社会主义文化强国,增强人民文化自信,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发了《国家“十三五”时期文化发展改革规划纲要》,明确指出了保护与弘扬优秀传统文化的重要性和必要性。该文响应国家号召,通过记录常熟地区非物质文化遗产传承人口述史,了解其发展过程与传承现状,分析目前所面临的困境,力求为非物质文化遗产的传承与保护提供新思路,使非遗文化与现代化接轨,迈上发展的“快车道”。

In order to build a socialist cultural power and enhance people's cultural self-confidence,General Office of the CPC Central Committee and General Office of the State Council issued Outline of the National 13th Five-Year Plan for Cultural Development and Reform,which clearly pointed out the importance and necessity of protecting and carrying forward excellent traditional culture.In response to the call of the state,the paper records the oral history from the inheritors of intangible cultural heritage in Changshu,understands its development process and inheritance status,analyzes the current difficulties,and strives to provide new ideas for the inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage,so as to integrate the intangible cultural heritage with modernization and help it embark on the fast development.
