国家卫生健康统计调查体系建设发展及成效

Development and Achievement of National Health Statistical and Survey System

卫生健康统计调查是政府统计的重要组成部分,是卫生健康事业发展的重要支撑。本文梳理、回顾了党的十八大以来我国卫生健康统计调查工作的主要进展和成效。分析显示,卫生健康统计调查顶层规划不断优化、制度支撑更加完善、体系机制逐步健全、数据质量稳步提升、分析利用更加全面,为我国卫生健康事业发展提供了有力的数据基础。统计调查数据显示,我国居民健康水平明显提高,公平性改善;卫生资源进一步丰富,居民卫生服务利用水平持续提高;医疗费用增幅得到控制,个人卫生支出占卫生总费用的比例持续降低。

Being an important part of government statistics,health statistical survey plays an important role in healthcare system development.This paper summarizes and analyzes the main progress and achievements of China’s health statistical works since 2012.The results show that the top-level planning of health statistical system has been continuously optimized,the system support has been more perfect,the statistical system has been gradually improved,the data quality has been steadily improved,and the analysis and utilization have been more systematic,which has provided a strong data foundation for the development of healthcare in China.The statistic shows that the health level of residents in China has been improved significantly and the equity has been improved;health resources have been further enriched,and the utilization level of residents’health services has been improved continuously;the growth of medical expenses has been brought under control,and the proportion of personal health expenditure to total health expenditure has continued to decrease.
