摘要 目的基于医院智慧后勤平台,实现对后勤社会化服务绩效的客观考核,促进后勤社会化服务质量的提升。方法采用定量和定性分析相结合的方法,以“工作量、工作质量、满意度”3个维度的关键指标,构建医院社会化服务KPI绩效考核体系。结果依托智慧后勤平台,进行医院社会化服务绩效管理,有助于帮助管理者全面把握后勤社会化服务工作量与质量,有针对性采取措施进行绩效改进。结论依托智慧后勤平台数据,采用从工作量、工作质量、满意度等3个维度构建的绩效指标体系,进行医院后勤社会化服务绩效评价,在进行持续动态改进和完善的情况下,可使医院决策者越来越准确的管理和决策。 Objective Based on the smart logistics platform of the hospital,the objective assessment of the performance of the logistics socialization service is realized,and the quality of the logistics socialization service is promoted.Methods A combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis was used to construct a KPI performance appraisal system for hospital socialized services with three key indicators in three dimensions:workload,work quality,and satisfaction.Results Relying on the smart logistics platform,the performance management of hospital socialized service can help managers to fully grasp the workload and quality of logistics socialized services,and take targeted measures to improve performance.Conclusion Relying on the data of the smart logistics platform,using a performance index system constructed from three dimensions,such as workload,work quality,and satisfaction,to evaluate the performance of hospital logistics socialized services.With continuous and dynamic improvement,it can provide increasingly accurate management and decision-making information.
