基于区块链的区域电子处方流转信息系统构建研究

Research on the Construction of Regional E-prescription Circulation Information System Based on Blockchain Technology

目的解决患者基本信息、电子处方信息与药品零售消费信息在传统电子处方业务流转模式中面临的数据滥用、易篡改、不可信、难溯源等问题。方法引入区块链技术作为电子处方信息交互的底层支撑服务,借助其分布式账本、共识机制等技术特点,解决处方数据在流转过程中的可信共享、可靠存储和溯源监管等难点。结果区块链与处方流转的融合,可让电子处方在多个社会主体之间实现可信传递。结论由此设计的电子处方流转系统,为患者在就诊中实现自主性购药提供了借鉴和参考。

Objective To solve the problems of data abuse,easy tampering,untrustiness,and difficulty in tracing patients’basic information,electronic prescription information and drug retail consumption information in the traditional electronic prescription business circulation model.Methods The blockchain technology was introduced as the underlying support service for electronic prescription information interaction,and with the help of its technical characteristics such as distributed ledger and consensus mechanism,the difficulties such as trusted sharing,reliable storage and traceability supervision of prescription data in the circulation process can be solved.Results The integration of blockchain and prescription circulation allows the trusted transmission of electronic prescriptions among multiple social subjects.Conclusion The electronic prescription circulation system designed based on block chain technology provides a reference for patients to realize autonomous drug purchase during medical treatment.
