摘要
某钢铁公司HRB400E热轧盘螺弯曲断裂的主要原因是产品金相显微组织中贝氏体体积分数偏高。对导致HRB400E热轧盘螺金相显微组织中贝氏体产生的影响因素做了详细分析,并在生产实践中采取了化学成分控制、轧制工艺和冷却工艺控制措施,有效地降低了HRB400E热轧盘螺弯曲断裂的现象。
Bending failure occurred on hot rolling coiled rebar of one Iron and Steel Company,because of high volume fraction of bainite in metallographic phase microscopic structure of HRB400E hot rolling coiled rebar.The influencing factors for bainite in metallographic phase microscopic structure of HRB400E hot rolling coiled rebar were analized detailed,and the control measures of chemical component control,rolling process and cooling process were adopted in production practice,therefore the phenomenon that bending failure occurred on hot rolling coiled rebar were reduced effectively.
