程序化护理干预在多发伤中的应用效果及经济性比较

Effect of Programmed Nursing Intervention on Patients with Multiple Injuries and Comparison of Cost

目的:探讨程序化护理干预在多发伤患者中的应用及对住院费用的影响。方法:利用随机抽样法,选择2020年3月到2022年3月丰台区某三甲医院治疗的多发伤患者60例为对象,根据不同护理方式分为对照组(n=30例)和观察组(n=30例),其中对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用程序化护理。分析两组患者的住院费用及其影响因素。结果:观察组患者手术费用、医疗总费用、一般治疗费用均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:多发伤患者应用程序化护理干预可节省住院费用。

Objective: The paper explores the application of programmed nursing intervention in patients with multiple injuries and its influence on hospitalization cost. Methods: Using random sampling method, 60 patients with multiple injuries treated in a first-class hospital of Fengtai District from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as subjects, and were divided into control group(n=30 cases) and observation group(n=30 cases) according to different nursing methods. The control group adopted routine nursing, and the observation group adopted programmed nursing intervention. The hospitalization expenses and the influencing factors in the two groups were analyzed.Results: The operation cost, total medical cost and general treatment cost in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Applying programmed nursing intervention in patients with multiple injuries can reduce hospitalization expenses.
