农村耕地撂荒原因分析及对策

Analysis and Research on Abandonment of Rural Arable Land

近年来,我国耕地撂荒问题严重。据统计,2017年全国耕地撂荒1亿亩以上,撂荒率约7%,且95%左右的县域存在耕地撂荒现象。2022年的调查结果显示,我国耕地面积较第二次全国土地调查结果减少了1.1亿亩。本文简述我国农村耕地撂荒的现状,深入分析我国农村耕地撂荒的原因,在此基础上,提出解决我国农村耕地撂荒的解决措施及对策。

In recent years, the problem of abandoned farmland in China has become more and more serious.The statistical results show that in 2017,more than 100 million mu of arable land was abandoned, the abandoned land rate was about 7%,and about 95% of the counties had abandoned arable land.The survey results in 2022 show that the farmland area in China has decreased by 110 million mu compared with the results of the second national land survey.This paper analyzes the current situation of abandoned land in China, and deeply explores the causes of abandoned land, so as to put forward some solutions and countermeasures.
