摘要
沉淀池是水处理工艺的重要环节。本研究运用多相流mixture模型和RNG k-ε湍流模型,借助于计算流体力学软件Fluent,对新型异形椭圆沉淀池与普通沉淀池进行了数值模拟比较分析,得出两种沉淀池内部的流线、浓度、污泥体积分数、SS等分布情况。分析结果表明,新型异形椭圆沉淀池中污水回流、死流现象下降,SS等指标得到明显提升。说明其良好的连续性和光滑性,更好地适应了水流流态,缓解了流体的紊动性,提升了沉淀效率。
Sedimentation tank is an important part of water treatment technology. In this paper,the mixture model and RNG K-ε turbulence model were used to simulate and compare the flow lines, the concentration, the sludge volume fraction and the SS distribution in the two kinds of sedimentation tanks. It was found that the phenomenon of sewage backflow and dead flow decreased in the new shaped elliptical sedimentation tank, and SS and other indicators were significantly improved. It shows that it has good continuity and smoothness, better ADAPTS to the flow pattern, alleviates the turbulence of the fluid, and improves the precipitation efficiency. It provides reference for the optimization design of sedimentation tank.
