新冠肺炎疫情深刻影响了我国的政治、经济和社会生活,暴露了我国国家治理制度体系中存在的不足和短板。新冠肺炎疫情防控倒逼我国国家治理积极进行现代化转型,固优势、补短板、强弱项,使国家治理制度体系获得了优化和提升,提高了国家治理现代化水平。国家治理制度体系和治理能力现代化建设是一个长期过程,应随着新情况、新问题、新矛盾的产生不断改进,从而进一步完善党的领导制度体系、依法治国制度体系、地方治理制度体系、干部任免选拔考核晋升制度体系、舆情治理制度体系以及社会综合治理制度体系等,最终建立推动国家治理现代化转型的长效机制。

COVID-19 has deeply affected our country’s political,economic and social life,highlighting the deficiencies and weaknesses of our national governance system.The prevention and control of COVID-19 forced our country to carry on the modernization transformation of the national governance actively,consolidating the advantages,improving the short board and reinforcing the weak points,which optimized and promoted the national governance system,improving the modernization level of national governance.The modernization of the system and capacity of national governance is a long-term process,which should be continuously improved with the emergence of new situations,new problems and new contradictions,so we need to further improve the party’s leadership system,system of governing the country by law,the system of local governance,the system of cadre appointment and removal as well as cadre evaluation and promotion,the system of public opinion governance,as well as the social comprehensive management system and so on,finally establishing the long-term effect mechanism which promotes modernization and transformation of national governance.the national management modernization transformation.
