感知控制在脑卒中患者健康信息素养与健康信息获取行为之间的中介作用

The Mediating Role of Perceived Control in the Relationship between Health Information Literacy and Health Information Acquisition Behavior in Stroke Patients

目的明确感知控制在脑卒中患者健康信息素养和健康信息获取行为之间的中介作用。方法采取便利抽样法,选取我院神经内科和康复医学科住院脑卒中患者362例,采用一般情况调查表、脑卒中患者健康信息素养测评量表、多维度健康控制量表及健康信息获取行为量表进行调查。结果脑卒中患者健康信息素养得分为(65.70±14.38)分,多维度健康控制得分为(59.49±10.02)分,健康信息获取行为得分为(124.71±19.01)分。Pearson相关分析结果显示,脑卒中患者健康信息素养、感知控制、健康信息获取行为三者之间两两均呈正相关(P<0.05)。同时,感知控制在健康信息素养与健康信息获取行为间起到部分中介作用,中介作用占总效应的13.37%。结论应重视中西部欠发达地区脑卒中患者健康信息素养的提升,且注重增强患者对战胜疾病的信心及重视慢性病患者健康信息获取行为的提高。感知控制在脑卒中患者健康信息素养与健康信息获取行为之间起部分中介作用,提示医护人员可通过提升脑卒中患者的疾病感知控制能力,间接提高其健康信息获取行为,改善其健康结局。

Objective To investigate the effect of perceptual control on the relationship between health information literacy and health information acquisition behavior in stroke patients.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select 362 stroke patients in the Department of Neurology and Rehabilitation Medicine of a tertiary first-class hospital in Anhui Province.The general situation questionnaire,the health information literacy assessment scale for stroke patients,the multi-dimensional health control scale and the Health Information Acquisition Behavior Scale were used to investigate.Results The health information literacy score of stroke patients was(65.70±14.38),the multi-dimensional health control score was(59.49±10.02),and the health information acquisition behavior score was(124.71±19.01).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between health information literacy,perceived control,and health information acquisition behavior in stroke patients(P<0.05).At the same time,perceptual control played a partial mediating role between health information literacy and health information acquisition behavior,and the mediating effect accounted for 13.37%of the total effect value.Conclusion We should payattention to the improvement of the health information literacy of stroke patients in underdeveloped areas in the central and western regions,and the enhancement of patients'confidence in overcoming the disease and the improvement of the health information acquisition behavior of chronic disease patients.Perceived control plays a partial mediating role between stroke patients'health information literacy and health information acquisition behavior,suggesting that medical staff can indirectly improve their health information acquisition behavior and improve their health outcomes by improving their disease perception control ability.
