摘要
目的探讨工作压力、组织支持在重症监护室(ICU)护士心理集体主义与精神气候之间的中介作用。方法采用方便抽样法,于2019年1月-2021年1月选取6所医院ICU护士作为调查对象。采用基本情况问卷、心理集体主义量表、中国护士工作压力源量表、护士组织支持感问卷以及中文版精神气候简式量表对269名ICU护士进行调查,构建并检验中介效应模型。结果ICU护士心理集体主义得分为(50.78±12.74)分,工作压力得分为(104.85±15.64)分,组织支持感得分为(48.92±12.51)分,精神气候得分为(11.75±5.41)分。ICU护士心理集体主义、组织支持感与精神气候之间相互存在显著正相关性(r=0.474、0.508、0.466,P<0.001),工作压力与心理集体主义、组织支持感、精神气候之间存在显著负相关性(r=-0.528、-0.486、-0.513,P<0.001)。结构方程模型分析结果显示,ICU护士心理集体主义→精神气候路径系数为0.418(95%CI:0.134~0.695);心理集体主义→工作压力→精神气候路径系数为0.206(95%CI:0.112~0.337),心理集体主义→组织支持感→精神气候路径系数为0.168(95%CI:0.107~0.312),心理集体主义→工作压力→组织支持感→精神气候路径系数为0.083(95%CI:0.024~0.141)。结论工作压力和组织支持感在ICU护士心理集体主义与精神气候间存在中介效应。
Objective To investigate the mediating effects of work pressure and organizational support on psychological collectivism and spiritual climate of Intensive care unit(ICU)nurses.Methods 269 ICU nurses were investigated by basic information questionnaire,Psychological Collectivism Scale,Chinese nurses stressor scale,the Survey of Nurse Perceived Organizational Support and Chinese version of the Spiritual Climate Scale from 6 hospitals from January 2019 to January 2021.Mediating effect models are constructed and tested by convenience sampling method.Results The score of psychological collectivism was(50.78±12.74),the score of work pressure was(104.85±15.64),the score of organizational support was(48.92±12.51)and the score of spiritual climate was(11.75±5.41)in ICU nurses.There was significant positive correlation among psychological collectivism,organizational support and spiritual climate of ICU nurses(r=0.474、0.508、0.466,P<0.001),and significant negative correlation among work pressure,psychological collectivism,organizational support and spiritual climate(r=-0.528、-0.486、-0.513,P<0.001).The path between coefficient of psychological collectivism and mental climate was 0.418(95%CI:0.134~0.695),the path coefficient of psychological collectivism to work pressure to mental climate was 0.206(95%CI:0.112~0.337).The path coefficient of psychological collectivism to organizational support to spiritual climate was 0.168(95%CI:0.107~0.312).The path coefficients of psychological collectivism to work pressure to organizational support to spiritual climate were 0.083(95%CI:0.024~0.141).Conclusion Work pressure and organizational support have mediating effects on psychological collectivism and mental climate of ICU nurses.
