Supply chain management plays an important role in the development of enterprises.It can coordinate the internal and external resources of enterprises,maximally meet the demand of consumers,optimize the resources and improve the quality of enterprises in the supply chain,and finally achieve a win-win situation.Taking the supply chain management implemented by the chemical materials distribution company,the business department of Shanxi Coking Coal International Development Company,as an example,the paper introduces the characteristics of the supply chain and its management,analyzes the practices and achievements of the company′s implementation of the supply chain,and puts forward the key point of the supply chain management.
