基于多种试验数据综合分析的变压器内部故障诊断

摘要 文中介绍了一起220 kV变压器内部局部放电故障的分析过程,通过对变压器色谱分析、超声波局放带电检测、停电诊断性试验、感应耐压局放试验的综合诊断分析,判断变压器内部存在电弧放电现象。通过变压器钻检,发现高压侧C相围屏存在严重烧蚀,验证了试验分析结果的正确性。 The article introduces the analysis process of a 220kV transformer internal partial discharge fault. Through comprehensive diagnosis and analysis of test data such as transformer chromatographic analysis,ultrasonic partial discharge detection, power failure diagnostic test, induction withstand voltage partial discharge test, etc., it is judged that there is an arc inside the transformer. Discharge. Through the transformer drilling inspection, it was found that the high-voltage side C-phase enclosure was severely ablated, which verified the test analysis results.
