数控加工装备多驱动系统漏电流抑制方法

摘要 由于开关电流、电压中含有丰富的高次谐波,电机驱动系统中存在较多电磁干扰,导致多驱动系统漏电流抑制效果较差,为此提出数控加工装备多驱动系统漏电流抑制方法。基于变压器的转换作用,对漏电流产生原因进行分析与计算,建立多驱动系统拓扑结构,得到拓扑电路的输入与输出的电压方程。采用可以调节的PWM逆变器对直流转换,形成共模电压,在此基础上,通过耦合层计算后得到电流函数,完成多驱动系统漏电流抑制。实验结果表明,所提方法能够有效降低漏电流,抑制漏电流振荡,有效提高漏电流抑制效率,提升多驱动系统漏电流抑制效果。 Due to the rich high-order harmonics in the switching current and voltage,there are many electromagnetic interferences in the motor drive system,resulting in a poor leakage current suppression effect in the multi-drive system.For this reason,a multi-drive system leakage current suppression method for CNC machining equipment is proposed.Based on the conversion function of the transformer,the causes of leakage current are analyzed and calculated,the topology structure of the multi-drive system is established,and the voltage equations of the input and output of the topology circuit are obtained.An adjustable PWM inverter is used to convert the DC to form a common-mode voltage.On this basis,the current function is obtained through the calculation of the coupling layer,and the leakage current suppression of the multi-drive system is completed.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the leakage current,suppress the leakage current oscillation,effectively improve the leakage current suppression efficiency,and improve the leakage current suppression effect of the multi-drive system.
