基于时空拥堵指数的空中交通网络拥堵状态判别

摘要 为了解决空中交通流量逐渐增多而带来的拥堵延误问题,提高航班运行的时效性、准点率以及对空中交通流量运行的秩序进行维护,该文运用k-均值聚类改进算法来对空中网络运行状态的类别数量的最优解。采用矩形函数来构建航路网络的隶属度矩阵,对空中交通运行状态进行归类。将4种评价指标归一化处理构建时空拥堵指数,从海量的航空运行数据着手,对空中交通运行状态做出定量评价。验证结果表明,所采用的方法可以用来判别空中交通网络的运行状态。 In order to solve the problem of congestion and delay caused by the gradual increase of air traffic flow,improve the timeliness and on-time rate of flight operation and maintain the order of air traffic flow operation, this paper uses the improved K-means clustering algorithm to obtain the optimal solution of the number of categories of air network operation status. The rectangular function is used to construct the membership matrix of the route network and classify the air traffic operation status. The four evaluation indicators are normalized to build a spatiotemporal congestion index, and the air traffic operation status is quantitatively evaluated from the massive air operation data. The results show that the method can be used to judge the operation state of air traffic network.
