This paper discusses the linkage control principle, including the principle of energy conservation, the principle of humanization, the principle of intelligence and the principle of economy. By studying the application points of system linkage control technology in building lighting function, equipment execution system, HVAC equipment system and system operation design, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as doing a good job in basic data collection, continuously introducing new technology, improving equipment maintenance plan, establishing professional management team and so on. Its purpose is to accumulate reliable application experience and promote the operation stability of building electrical intelligent system.
