摘要
由于绝缘斗臂车辆难以进入的10 k V作业现场,绝缘平台被广泛用于10 kV带电检修维护作业。绝缘平台在山区和狭窄地形的带电工作中发挥着非常重要的作用,但现有的绝缘平台对安装好后难以灵活旋转升降。工作人员带电作业时只能在固定的高度上工作,严重影响降低电力检修维护工作效率。为解决上述问题,设计了一种集垂直升降、水平旋转为一体的180°旋转升降式绝缘平台。该文简要介绍了该绝缘平台的设计思路和技术特点,并进行了应用试验验证。经验证该平台具有很强的适用性,可以有效保证人员安全,提升供电质量。
Insulation platforms are widely used in 10kV live maintenance operations due to the inaccessibility of10kV operation sites for insulated bucket boom vehicles. Insulating platforms play a very important role in live working in mountainous areas and narrow terrain, but the existing insulating platforms are difficult to rotate and lift flexibly after installation. Workers can only work at a fixed height during live working, which seriously affects the efficiency of power maintenance. In order to solve the above problems, a 180 °rotating lifting insulating platform integrating vertical lifting and horizontal rotation is designed. This paper briefly introduces the design idea and technical characteristics of the insulation platform, and carries out application test verification. It is verified that the platform has strong applicability, which can effectively ensure the safety of personnel and improve the quality of power supply.
