摘要 在桥梁工程建设过程中,钢结构具有抗震性强、可塑性强、经济性高以及强度高等特点,因此,钢结构在桥梁中应用越来越广泛。在钢结构施工过程中,焊缝的施工质量将直接决定整个钢结构的施工质量,因此,检测单位应选择合理的无损检测方式对焊缝实施检测。该文首先对无损检测技术的应用现状和优点、焊缝类型进行阐述,并对磁粉检测、射线检测以及超声检测进行分析,并以此为基础,提出钢结构桥梁焊缝检测过程中无损检测技术的应用。最后以某桥梁工程为例,分别对其焊缝检测过程中磁粉检测、射线检测以及超声检测结果进行分析,旨在为今后钢结构桥梁焊缝检测提供借鉴。 In the process of bridge construction, steel structure has the characteristics of strong seismic resistance,strong plasticity, high economy and high strength. Therefore, steel structure is more and more widely used in bridges. In the process of steel structure construction, the construction quality of welding seam will directly determine the construction quality of the whole steel structure. Therefore, the testing unit should choose a reasonable non-destructive testing method to test the welding seam. In this paper, it firstly analyzes the application status, advantages and weld types of non-destructive testing technology are described, and the magnetic particle testing, radiographic testing and ultrasonic testing. On this basis, the application of non-destructive testing technology in the process of steel bridge weld testing is proposed. Finally, taking a bridge project as an example, the results of magnetic particle testing, radiographic testing and ultrasonic testing in the process of weld testing are analyzed, aiming to provide reference for future weld testing of steel structure bridges.
