小型农村公路混凝土裂缝成因分析及防治措施

混凝土裂缝是农村公路路面及桥梁施工过程中出现较多的质量通病之一,裂缝的存在会对结构物耐久性产生不良影响,降低结构物使用年限,较为严重的裂缝会危及结构物安全。该文在对嘉兴地区小型农村公路混凝土路面和桥梁混凝土桥面裂缝种类及形态进行总结的基础上,结合该地区特点以及国内外研究成果分析了道路结构路面表面不规则收缩裂缝、路面纵向通长裂缝以及路面横向裂缝形成的原因,同时,分析了桥梁结构中桥面纵向裂缝、桥梁伸缩缝混凝土裂缝以及混凝土桥面连续裂缝等不同裂缝形成的原因。最后,提出了一些常见裂缝防治办法以减少小型农村公路混凝土裂缝。

Concrete crack is one of the more common quality problems in the construction process of rural highway pavement and bridge. The existence of crack will have bad influence on the durability of the structure and reduce the service life of the structure. The more serious crack will endanger the safety of the structure. On the basis of summing up the types and forms of cracks on the concrete pavement of small rural roads and concrete bridge decks in Jiaxing area, this paper analyzes the causes of irregular shrinkage cracks on the pavement surface of road structures, longitudinal full-length cracks on the pavement and transverse cracks on the pavement, combined with the characteristics of this area and research results at home and abroad. At the same time, it analyzes the longitudinal cracks on the bridge deck The reasons for the formation of different cracks, such as concrete cracks in bridge expansion joints and continuous cracks in concrete bridge decks. Finally, some common crack prevention methods are proposed to reduce the concrete cracks of small rural roads.
