PD-1单抗联合R-CHOP方案治疗原发纵隔大B细胞淋巴瘤复合经典霍奇金淋巴瘤1例

摘要 复合性淋巴瘤(composite lymphoma,CL)是指两种及以上形态学或免疫表型不同的淋巴瘤同时发生于同一解剖部位或瘤块内[1-3]。CL非常少见,而原发纵隔大B细胞淋巴瘤(primary mediastinal large B cell lymphoma,PMBL)复合经典霍奇金淋巴瘤(classic Hodgkin's lymphoma,cHL)的发生率更低,是一种罕见的CL类型,目前相关报道及研究较少[4]。本文报道发生于纵隔的PMBL和cHL组合淋巴瘤病例1例,通过对患者临床特点、病理类型、免疫组化及诊疗经过进行分析,并对相关文献进行复习,提高对这种类型淋巴瘤的认识,并为临床治疗提供新的思路。
