摘要
固醇是真核细胞膜系统的组成成分,不仅能影响膜的稳定性、流动性和通透性,还能影响胞吞和胞吐等囊泡运输过程及膜蛋白的分布和活性。此外,固醇还是甾醇类激素合成的前体,如哺乳动物中的性激素和植物中的油菜素甾醇。固醇在植物生长和发育过程中起着重要的作用。对近年来植物固醇的相关研究进行综述,主要总结其在植物生长发育及逆境响应中的功能,并对植物固醇未来的研究方向进行了展望。
Sterols are components of the eukaryotic cell membrane system,which not only affect the stability,fluidity and permeability of membranes,but also affect vesicle transport processes such as endocytosis and exocytosis,as well as the distribution and activity of membrane proteins.In addition,sterols are precursors for the synthesis of steroid hormones,such as sex hormones in mammals and brassinosteroids in plants.Sterols play an important role in plant growth and development.This paper reviews the related research on phytosterols in recent years,mainly summarizes its functions in plant growth and development and response to stress,and prospects the future research directions of phytosterols.
