数字化投入对服务业全球价值链地位的影响

Research on the Impact of Digital Input on the Status of Service Industry in Global Value Chain

服务业数字化发展正在成为各国向全球价值链高端攀升的新引擎。采用OECD-TiVA数据库、OECDSTAN数据库的数据对服务业全球价值链地位及行业数字化投入程度进行测算,验证数字化投入对服务业全球价值链地位的影响。研究结果显示:数字化投入显著提升了整体服务业的全球价值链地位。在行业异质性方面,数字化投入显著促进了生产性服务业价值链地位的提升,对生活性服务业全球价值链地位的促进作用不明显;数字化投入对高端服务业的全球价值链地位提升作用优于传统服务业。在国家异质性方面,对于发达国家和互联网发展水平更高的国家,数字化投入对其服务业全球价值链地位的提升有更大的促进作用。

The digital development of service industry is becoming a new engine for countries to climb to the high end of the Global Value Chain(GVC). The data of OECD-TiVA and OECD-STAN databases were used to measure the GVC position of the service industry and the degree of digital input in the industry, and to verify the impact of digital input on the GVC position of the service industry. The results show that digital input significantly improves the GVC position of the overall service industry. In terms of industry heterogeneity, digital input significantly promoted the position of producer services in the GVC,but had little effect on the bio-active services. The role of digital input in upgrading the GVC position of high-end services is better than that of traditional services. In terms of country heterogeneity, for developed countries and countries with a higher level of Internet development, digital input has a greater role in promoting the GVC position of their service industry.
