摘要 连续重整装置DCS控制系统采用的是Honeywell公司的TPS控制系统,已经连续使用20余年。监控设备的软件版本较低,硬件设备备件购买困难,设备进入故障高发期,尤其是GUS操作站及LUN/UCN网络频繁故障。为了保证装置平稳安全的运行,对TPS控制系统进行升级,升级方案是在原有TPS系统基础上,更新过时的、老化的、故障多发的设备和软件,保留生命周期长、稳定性高的PMIO设备及I/O卡件,将原有的LCN/UCN网络替换成PKS系统容错以太网FTE结构网络。在升级过程中标准化组态方案,对其它控制系统升级具有借鉴作用。 The DCS control system of the CCR Unit uses the TPS control system of Honeywell Company,which has been used continuously for more than 20 years.The software version of the monitoring equipment is relatively low,and it is difficult to purchase spare parts for the hardware equipment.To ensure stable and safe operation,the TPS control system is upgraded.The upgrade plan is to update the out original TPS system’s outdated,fault-prone equipment and software to retain PMIO and IO card equipment with a long life cycle and high stability.Replace the original LCN/UCN network with the PKS system fault-tolerant Ethernet FTE structure network.Standardizing the configuration scheme during the upgrade process can be used as a reference for the upgrade of other control systems.
