学校归属感在高职护生感知教师关怀行为与学习投入间的中介作用 被引量:2

Mediating effect of sense of belonging on perception of teachers′caring behavior and learning engagement of higher vocational nursing students

摘要 目的:探讨学校归属感在高职护生感知教师关怀行为与学习投入之间的中介作用,提出有针对性的促进学习投入的对策与建议。方法:采用便利抽样法于2022年2月选取全国不同地区的4所高职院校护理专业668名学生作为研究对象。应用感知教师关怀行为量表、学校归属感量表及学习投入量表对其进行调查。采用SPSS 22.0软件分析感知教师关怀行为、学校归属感与学习投入之间的相关性,应用Amos 22.0软件分析学校归属感在感知教师关怀行为与学习投入间的中介效应。结果:668名高职护生感知教师关怀行为、学校归属感及学习投入均分依次为(3.58±0.71)分、(3.65±0.73)分、(2.91±0.53)分。高职护生感知教师关怀行为、学校归属感及学习投入均呈正相关(P<0.01)。感知教师关怀行为与学校归属感均正向预测高职护生学习投入(β值为0.282,0.404,95%CI均不包含0),学校归属感在感知教师关怀行为与学习投入间起部分中介作用(β=0.33,95%CI不包含0),中介效应占总效应的53.92%。结论:高职护生感知教师关怀行为及学校归属感处于中等偏上水平,学习投入处于中等水平。高职护生感知教师关怀行为可以通过学校归属感间接影响学习投入。教师应加强对高职护生的关怀行为,激发护生对学校的归属感,从而提升其学习投入程度。 Objective:To explore the mediating effect of sense of belonging on perception of teachers′caring behavior and learning engagement of higher vocational nursing students.Methods:A total of 668 nursing students from 4 higher vocational colleges in different regions of China were selected as the research objects by stratified random sampling method in February 2022.The Scale of Perception of Teachers′Caring Behavior,Psychological Sense of School Membership Scale,and the Scale of Student Engagement were used.SPSS 22.0 and Amos 22.0 software were used to analyze the correlation of sense of belonging,perception of teachers′caring behavior and learning engagement,and the mediating effect of sense of belonging.Results:The average scores of perception of teachers′caring behavior,sense of belonging and learning engagement of 668 vocational nursing students were(3.58±0.71),(3.65±0.73)and(2.91±0.53),respectively.The perception of teachers′caring behavior,sense of belonging and learning engagement in higher vocational nursing students were positively correlated(P<0.01).The perception of teachers′caring behavior and sense of belonging could positively predict learning engagement of higher vocational nursing students(β=0.282,0.404,95%CI did not include 0).The sense of belonging had mediating effects on the relationship between perception of teachers′caring behavior and learning engagement(β=0.33,95%CI did not include 0).The mediating effect accounted for 53.92%of the total effect.Conclusions:The perception of teachers′caring behavior and sense of belonging of higher vocational nursing students were at a moderate to high level,and learning engagement was at a moderate level.Perception of teachers′caring behavior indirectly affects learning engagement of higher vocational nursing students through sense of belonging.Teachers should strengthen the caring behavior of higher vocational nursing students,stimulate their sense of belonging to the school,so as to improve their learning engagement.
