矿用防爆车辆驱动桥强制冷却系统的试验

摘要 矿用车辆在煤矿井下路面条件差、坡度大且距离长的工况下运行,车辆驱动桥制动器容易损坏,制动系统失效,车辆运行存在严重的安全隐患。为了解决车辆驱动桥内部齿轮油高温问题,研究人员设计出以齿轮油为介质强制冷却方案进行装车试验。通过整车空载和满载井上路面的驱动桥强制冷却试验记录的数据,说明了用齿轮油作为介质对车辆驱动桥制动器起到冷却的作用,驱动桥内部各个部位温度大幅度下降并持续稳定,缓解了温度过高造成的元部件损坏,有效的控制了驱动桥在恶劣使用时的温升问题,提高了整车制动性能。 Mining vehicles operate under the conditions of poor road surface conditions,large slope and long distance in the coal mine.The brake of the vehicle drive axle is easy to be damaged,the brake system is invalid,and there are serious safety hazards in the vehicle operation.In order to solve the problem of high temperature of gear oil in the vehicle drive axle,the researchers designed a forced cooling scheme with gear oil as the medium for vehicle loading test.According to the data recorded in the forced cooling test of the drive axle on the road surface under no-load and full load of the whole vehicle,it is shown that the gear oil is used as the medium to cool the brake of the drive axle of the vehicle,and the temperature of each part of the drive axle decreases greatly and keeps stable,which alleviates the damage of the components caused by the high temperature,effectively controls the temperature rise of the drive axle in bad use,and improves the braking performance of the whole vehicle.
