摘要
工业生态效率是衡量绿色发展的重要指标,合理评价资源型城市的工业生态效率对促进经济绿色发展具有重要意义。基于2003—2018年山西省工业及环境相关数据构建工业生态效率投入产出指标体系,采用含非期望产出的SBM-DEA模型测算11个地级市工业生态效率,通过ESDA方法对其时空演进、空间关联以及驱动因素进行分析。研究发现:16年间山西省工业生态效率呈波动上升趋势,其发展可分为“低效发展期”“不稳定转型过渡期”“转型成效初显期”3个时期;空间上表现出“中间大,两头小,南高于北”的空间分布格局;经济发展水平、产业结构和科技水平总效应为正,是促进工业生态效率提升的积极因素;产业集聚和对外开放总效应和间接效应为负,对周边地级市工业生态效率具有明显的抑制效应。
As a national demonstration area of resource-based economic transformation and comprehensive reform,ecological civilization construction of Shanxi Province is significant.As an important measure of green development,industrial ecological efficiency is of great significance for the study of ecological civilization construction in Shanxi Province.An industrial ecological efficiency input-output index system is constructed and the industrial ecological efficiency is measured with the SBM-DEA model basing on the industrial and environmental related data of at 11 prefecture-level cities of Shanxi Province from 2003 to 2018.Then the characteristics of spatial and temporal evolution is analyzed by ESDA method,and the spatial measurement analysis of its driving factors is measured.The study founds that the overall industrial ecological efficiency of prefecture-level cities in Shanxi Province is fluctuating during the past 16 years.Shanxi Province industrial green development can be divided into three periods in the evolution trend,including“inefficient development period”,“unstable transformation transition period”and“initial transformation effect obvious period”.The industrial ecological efficiency of the spatial distribution pattern in Shanxi is different,which is high-test in central city,the south is higher than the north.In terms of driving factors,there are many differences.Under the geographical matrix of spatial economy,the total and direct effects of GDP,industrial agglomeration and technology are positive,which are an important driving force to promote the industrial ecological efficiency.The total and indirect effects of industrial agglomeration and opening up are negative,which have an obvious negative impact on the industrial ecological efficiency of the surrounding city.
