The Enlightenment of American Green Economy to the High-quality Development of Green Economy in Shanghai

绿色经济发展已引起世界各国广泛关注。美国绿色经济发展处于全球领先地位,通过推行绿色发展法规促进生态修复、科技创新引领绿色经济发展、数字经济发展赋能绿色经济发展、STEM教育培养绿色科技创新人才等政策措施发展绿色经济。当前上海市绿色经济发展仍存在诸多问题,借鉴美国绿色经济发展经验,提出加快产业结构升级、优化调整能源消费结构、坚持技术创新引领绿色经济发展、健全绿色经济发展体系、深化国际绿色经济合作等5项上海市绿色经济高质量发展政策建议。

The development of green economy has attracted wide attention from countries around the world,and the development of green economy in the United States is in a leading position in the world.The United States has developed green economy by implementing green development regulations to promote ecological restoration,using scientific and technological innovation to lead green economic development,adopting digital economic development to empower green economic development,and using STEM education to cultivate green technological innovation talents.At present,there are still many problems in the development of the green economy in Shanghai.Therefore,drawing on the experience of green economy development in the United States,five policy recommendations for the high-quality development of Shanghai's green economy are put forward,including accelerating the upgrading of the industrial structure,optimizing and adjusting the energy consumption structure,adhering to technological innovation to lead the development of the green economy,improving the development system of the green economy,and deepening the international cooperation and jointly cultivate green talents.
