摘要
科学、合理地评估空中交通动态容量是进行有效流量管理的重要依据,也是当前研究容量评估的难点和今后研究趋势。首先提出动态容量的概念和研究范围,并对终端区、机场、高空空域动态容量评估的研究现状进行综述;然后通过国内外研究成果,总结动态影响指标,从方法论角度对主流方法进行回顾和比较,重点阐述最大流最小割和D-S理论;最后给出动态容量评估的发展建议及研究前景。
Scientific and reasonable evaluation of air traffic dynamic capacity is an important basis for effective flow management,and it is also the difficulty and research trend in the future.Firstly,the concept and research scope of dynamic capacity are put forward,and the research status of dynamic capacity assessment of terminal area,airport and upper air space are summarized.Then,based on the literature review at home and abroad,the dynamic impact index is summarized.From the perspective of methodology,the mainstream methods are reviewed and compared,which focuses on the maximum flow and minimum cut and D-S theory.Finally,the development and research prospect of dynamic capacity assessment are proposed.
