人民司法中的全过程人民民主是习近平全过程人民民主重要思想在人民司法中的具体实践,是推动人民司法高质量发展的“压舱石”。作为马克思主义司法民主理论中国化的最新成果,人民司法中的全过程人民民主思想体现了新时代人民司法对司法民主传统的继承与超越。党的十八大以来,各级司法机关不断创新发展民主集中制,全面改进党对司法工作的领导;持续拓展民主参与、民主监督机制,开辟人民群众直接参与司法、监督司法的新路径;积极探索沟通交流机制,促进司法决策与社情民意的良性互动;加强诉讼服务体系建设,推动形成多元普惠诉讼服务新样态。经过多年探索与实践,我国现已基本形成全链条、全方位、全覆盖的司法民主制度体系。为进一步推进人民司法中的全过程人民民主建设,我们必须继续坚持党的领导,在尊重司法规律的基础上增进人民福祉;坚持以实践主义哲学指导司法裁判,通过个案正义增进司法实质民主;加快司法民主制度体系整合,针对性地补强司法民主的具体制度;加强智慧司法建设,以技术发展助力司法服务。

The whole-process people’s democracy in people’s judicature is a concrete practice of Xi Jinping’s important idea of whole-process people’s democracy in people’s judicature,and a"ballast"to promote the high-quality development of people’s judicature.As a new achievement in the Sinicization of Marxism,the whole-process people’s democracy in people’s judicature reflects the inheritance and transcendence of people’s judicature to the tradition of judicial democracy in new era.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,judicial organs at all levels have continued to innovate and develop democratic centralism to improve the Party’s leadership of judicial work,expand democratic participation and supervision mechanisms to open up new paths for the people to directly participate in the judiciary and supervise the judiciary,actively explore communication mechanisms to promote positive interaction between judicial decision-making and public opinion,and strengthen the construction of litigation service systems to promote the formation of a new model of diversified and inclusive litigation services.After many years of exploration and development,a chainwide,all-round,full-coverage judicial democracy system has been basically formed in China.In order to further promote the construction of whole-process people’s democracy in people’s judicature,we must continue to adhere to the leadership of the Party,to promote the well-being of the people on the basis of respect for the laws of justice,to adhere to the philosophy of practicism to guide judicial decisions through the justice of individual cases to enhance the substantive democracy of justice,to accelerate the integration of the system of judicial democracy targeted to strengthen the specific system of judicial democracy and to strengthen the construction of intelligent justice with technological development to promote judicial services.
